First Annual GOOD THINGS IN STORE Retreat
Join us for our first Annual Good Things In Store Retreat!
Beginning Friday with a Wine and Appetizer Reception and carrying on until 3 p.m. on Monday, enjoy “in situ” stitching and shopping! The Root Cellar will be hosting 24 stitchers who want to hunker down and stitch. Snacks, lunch, beverages will be served daily. Dinner is on your own! The shop will be closed for just the participants and you can stitch, stitch, stitch, from 9 – 6!
There will also be a custom commemorative canvas as a souvenir reminder of our time together. Come one, come all, alone or in a group! We love party games and prizes too so who knows what the Roots will get up to!?!
Coming in from out of town? The closest local airport is Daytona Beach but Jacksonville and Orlando are also options! Accommodation is not included in this event but there are plenty of fine local hotels. FYI/Disclaimer: it’s the start of Bike Week so we recommend not staying near the beach unless you like to ride and stitch and enjoy the sound of Harley engines and rev-elry!
What to bring: lamps, stands, stash, stories, good cheer and your favorite project. If you don’t have one, we do!
