Fine #8 Braid

Slightly thicker than #4 Braid, it is about the weight of two strands of cotton embroidery floss. It comes in basic metallic colors plus antique (V), hi lustre (HL), holographic (L), corded (C) and glow in the dark (F). It is used straight off the reel (not plied or separated). Very popular for cross stitch, needlepoint and embroidery.

IN NEEDLEWORK: Kreinik Fine #8 Braid is a high quality metallic thread used in cross stitch (ideal on 14-count Aida), needlepoint (popular for light coverage on 18-mesh canvas), crochet, knitting, weaving, crazy quilting, embroidery, scrapbooking, card making and more. Cross stitchers can use #8 Braid in place of two strands of embroidery floss in most designs. Note that colors with a letter in the color number (ie, 002C, 002L) are slightly thicker and stiffer than a basic color (no letter in the color number); you may need to use a needle with a larger eye with these colors.

Spool lengths are 10M.
